TDC Mobil A/S is the largest GSM mobile operator in Denmark.
Brief
As the number of products and services grew, TDC Mobil developed more and more courses to train the reseller network. Administration became quite time consuming and error prone. TDC Mobil wanted a system to handle it effectively.
Process
All existing procedures were examined. Then requirements for added functionality were specified and complete new set of procedures were written. Integration with the existing database was established and implementation was finished in 3 weeks. After another couple of weeks testing, the system went into production.
Result
TDC course administration is efficient, user friendly and integrates into existing systems. Resources used for administration were reduced by 80% when the new application was implemented.
